Mobility Health Australia will replace any items that are damaged and unusable at the point of delivery.

The most likely damage will be caused by broken bottles and buyers are asked to be careful if there is broken glass in their delivery.

Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within seven (7) days of product receipt.

Refunds will need to be provided for all goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law rather than replacements.
